PHYSICAL TRAINING

Football has evolved a lot in recent years in terms of physical demands and determining factors of performance. With seasons with more and more games, optimizing every minute of the training session is key.

Load management, the design of optimal training sessions and tasks, and recovery work will determine a team's chances of achieving its goals.

Planning the season and each of the microcycles based on the contextual needs of the team, as well as the individualization of training for player optimization are tasks that I carry out on a daily basis as a physical trainer.

This, adding to the development of recovery plans and compensatory work, are the bases of my work methodology.
