Individualized work is necessary that focuses on the individual needs of each footballer in some body segment or movement pattern in which this deficit may exist.
I will design a completely individualized plan for you, taking into account your current abilities, your previous injuries or even your specific position to direct each training effort to enhance your performance and try to minimize the risk of injury. In addition, I will carry out an initial evaluation and periodic evaluations that will give me the necessary information to make a detailed report on your progress.
